1、具有會計從業資格證書的專職人員3人以上；
1、具有會計從業資格證書的專職人員3人以上；
2、代理記賬業務負責人具有會計師以上專業技術職務資格；
3、有固定的辦公場所；
4、有健全的代理記賬業務規范和財務會計管理制度。
申請代理記賬資格，應當向審批機關提交申請報告，并提交下列材料：
1、機構的協議或章程；
2、從業人員的身份證明、會計從業資格證書、記賬業務負責人具有會計專業技術職務資格及以上資格的證明材料；
3、代理記賬業務負責人和持有會計從業資格證書的專職從業人員在本機構從事專職工作的書面承諾；
4、辦公地址、辦公場所的產權或使用權證明；
5、代理記賬業務規范和財務會計管理制度；
6、工商行政管理部門核準的與單位名稱有關的材料。

1、The agreement or articles of association of the institution;
2、The identity certificate of the employee,the qualification certificate of the accountant,and the proof materials that the person in charge of the bookkeeping business has the professional and technical post qualification of accountant or above;
3、Written commitment of the person in charge of bookkeeping agency business and full-time practitioners with accounting qualification certificate to engage in full-time work in the institution;
4、Proof of the property right or use right of the office address and office space;
5、Agency bookkeeping business norms and financial accounting management system;
6、Materials related to the name of the organization approved by the administrative department for Industry and commerce.
